Hi, I’m Lucy, the heart and hands behind Pet Bliss. For me, this isn’t just a business—it’s the next chapter in a lifelong love story with animals.

As a pet parent for over 10 years, I’ve always understood that special bond we share with our furry family members. I know you want the best for them, because I want the best for mine, too. Three years ago, my passion for pets inspired me to turn my calling into a career. I wanted to create a grooming experience that was gentle, personal, and truly stress-free.

My journey began with a year of intensive professional training in China, where I learned the foundations of skilled and compassionate grooming. To further hone my craft, I then spent two wonderful years working at Pet Valu in Toronto, where I had the pleasure of pampering countless dogs of all shapes and sizes.

Now, I’m thrilled to bring all that experience home—literally!—to serve my neighbors and their wonderful pets right here at Pet Bliss.
